As an ESP, KPN Wholesale provides you with access to KPN’s mobile network and to specific IT systems which allow you to run telecommunications processes for your customers’ mobile connections. This might include activating and deactivating connections on KPN’s mobile network.
Your organization’s technical link to KPN is created, at the IT level, by connecting your IT infrastructure to KPN’s IT infrastructure. In addition to the mobile network and specific IT resources, you personally organize all technology, processes and activities which are relevant to the mobile services you provide to your customers, including billing and collections, customer service, and marketing and sales.
